<QUESTION>This is Mark Datysgeld, BC, UA Ambassador. Can you address at some point the merger of "Representation, Inclusivity + Recruitment and Demographics"? In our opinion it brought very distinct issues into the same bundle and will not generate ideal solutions.<QUESTION>

<comment> Why should a constraint be introduced here that ATLAS / ALAC work should not conflict with the existing ATRT / MS workstreams? What if the discussions bring up points not covered by ATRT3 and other existing work streams? This limitations need to be dropped in order for creative inputs from At Large / ATLAS.

IGF as a Forum has not the same form of multistakeholder structure (people attend in their own right); but it is schedules by a Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG) which has members drawn from stakeholder groups.
Sivasubramanian M
01:26:33
It actually has the effect of precluding inputs

In that the MS model is supposed to be bottom-up and not "representative governance"
Peters Omoragbon
01:31:34
Please what is being done to assist African delegates for Atlas 3 in view of the mass visa refusals
Anne Aikman-Scalese
01:31:43
YES
Peters Omoragbon
01:32:40
My concern is key if Atlas 3 objective will be achieved if African delegates are absent
Mark Datysgeld
01:33:22

<Question > What approach is been taken to increase participation with the restrictions on visa to some host Countries ?<Question>
Anne Aikman-Scalese
01:35:07
COMMENT SO and AC Chairs as Reps - That is still a very different model in that it is representative governance where majority opinions will be presented to the representative and minority views will not be aired in that there is no system requiring airing of minority views in such a proposal. In the PDP process, Minority Views make their way to the Board via the definition of Consensus in the PDP. Minority Statements can be entered in the record and can reach GNSO and the Board. COMMENT
