some initial thoughts: 1) the Definition of "global public interest" is basically procedural in the Bylaws and the AoI - it applies to the whole ICANN community; 2) some missing categories in the draft table: respect for international and applicable local law; meaningful and effective participation of all interested Stakeholders; role of public policy input from Governments; respect for Human Rights...; 3) the list is interesting, but is it a check-list? and more importantly: who, when, and how would the questions on the list be answered?

Yes it is great to have the community start somewhere

57:55
I do think use cases/scenarios would help as it is difficult to understand how we would apply this (at least it is for me, but I have only quickly skimmed through it)

Thanks Avri. I believe this exercise goes in the right direction and hope we get feedback from all parts of the community
