Martin Silva

Just a reminder to all participants — There is an open mic session at the very end of this meeting for comments and questions.

As co-chair of the prior IGO CRP WG, and noting that both co-chairs dissented from Recommendation 5,the new ST will face the same conundrum we did -- how to reconcile the right of judicial review of a UDRP decision that exists for registrants in some national jurisdictions with the judicial immunity of IGOs, the scope of which varies between nationaljurisdictions based upon statute and case law. No easy task.

Thanks Rafik. We did have asks of Council on our slides, but have had no follow up

A quick reminder for the format — If you want me to read out loud your question, start your sentence with <QUESTION> and end it with <QUESTION>. If you want me to read out loud your comment, start your sentence with a <COMMENT> and end it with <COMMENT>
Jeff Neuman

<comment 2> Part of the rationale of PDP 2.0 was to not have all work done by Councilors (which is how it was done prior to 2.0. <end>
Jeff Neuman
02:29:12
<Comment> and Marie's and Michele's comments are exactly what the Councilors stated in PDP 1.0
Jeff Neuman
02:30:04
<Comment> People need to research why we went from PDP 1.0 to PDP 2.0>
