@Wolf-Ulrich We generally utilised the criteria used in the GNSO Guidelines for that. So Full Consensus is just that No Objections or abstain in our consensus call and Consensus was where an abstain or objection was noted
Cheryl Langdon-Orr
01:18:36
However our con=ver letter and Reports lists the exact results of the Consensus call

01:30:23
what is the scope of the Holistic Review, and could it recommend changes to structure and composition of the ICANN Board and GNSO?
Steve DelBianco (BC)
01:31:31
Are the AC/SO Self-assessments intended to match the AC/SO Accountability recommendations that were approved in WS2?
susankawaguchi
01:33:31
There is a common theme from RTs that the previous recommendations were not fully implemented although, ICANN org states they were. Would the community-led entity tasked with prioritization address the previous recommendations also?

@Fiona: Many thanks.
Nadira AL-ARAJ
01:42:54
yes, some of the ATRT not implemented could be retired
Fiona Alexander
01:44:51
Just an observation, there should be space and comfort in also assessing that a previous review team recommendation misdiagnosed a challenge and/or solution. That could lead to retirement of a recommendation as well.
Abdulkarim oloyede
01:44:52
but I think there is a need for a slight improvement to the current process which is not just having access to who said what but how does the final outcome was arrived it. I agree that it's done well with the policy process but on some other reports it seams to just stay as comment it's there and that is it. hope you get what I mean.but I congratulate the ATRT3 team on this report. it's a lot of hard work and one can tell from the report
