Thanks Maureen! Jana and the ITI team as well as Carlos and others from the Policy Team put in a lot of thought and work into these pages, to make them precisely that (clearer and simpler to navigate, find and understand)!

@Sebastien, yes the team had at least one meeting with ATRT3 to describe some of these improvements. Now that the ATRT3 Final Report has been submitted, we are keeping the ITI improvements in mind when preparing feasibility and implementation assessment reports.
Yes. Wish we had this for the public comment as well. This would be very helpful

This taxonomy will be extremely important
To supplement what Mark just said, and as we’ve noted to several community groups, we are currently reviewing all the IT tools that we support for the community. The wiki is part of that review and we hope to develop a coherent long term plan for sustainable tools based on this review.
As Mart notes, Policy and E&IT teams are working on a comprehensive strategy that looks at websites and collaboration tools for the ICANN community.
We plan to engage with community groups as part of the next phase in this work.
I would also add "government agency representative" to the category of those seeking access.
