<QUESTION> How do we encourage non-ASCII language users to become more engaged? Does ICANN allow usernames (or alternative nick names) to display in our own script? I think this will be a good start. </QUESTION>
山崎 信 Shin Yamasaki
It seems I can use Japanese letter as displayed name of Zoom. I don't know how others can see my name, though.
we can see!
If anyone is from technical community how can they volunteer and be a part of ICANN community?
many policies have technical implications and vice versa... to start with, and a core mission for icann is to maintain the security and stability of the unique identifier systems
so i think its highly relevant
from the SSAC work to the GNSO work to all parts of the community
i mean technical community participation at ICANN
山崎 信 Shin Yamasaki
There are several ways to participate. If they are in an ISP and are interested in GNSO policy development processes, there is ISP Constituency.

GNSO also has Business Constituency and Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group as well.
Farha - typically I would ask which part of the technical community someone identifies with, or what type of issues s/he is interested in. Then we have a deeper discussion on where in ICANN might fit
Feel free to reach out to myself or anyone from the ICANN org team with your question and we can talk in more detail
Great job Youth4IG!
thanks everyone for the comments and participation!
thanks everyone. great discussion!
