I still can't understand why we can't ask OWASP, Java and Apache to update these libraries / regexes, and get Java, OWASP and their kind to notifiy their users of the available updates as essential or important or even critical

Is there a regex written by the Community that can be sent to these software communities as a model, or even reges written for every language, libraries for apache and others, written / developed by ICANN/UA and sent to them?

with an offer of some form of coding support to help them deal with difficulties?
