i'd like to know how the ccNSO dopt the ICANN strategic plan to make it more practical to ccTLDs? as in, is there a plan/road map derived in order to show work to be done by ccNSO in order to deliberate on certain goals of the strategic Plan?
Bart Boswinkel
01:15:27
Note that ICANN’s strategic plan is mostly directed and relevant for ICANN Org
Bart Boswinkel
01:16:54
This being said some of the activities of ICANN org activities are relevant for ccTLDs
Angela NIC.BW
01:17:46
thank you Katrina and Bart for the clarity. does the ccNSO in itself(outside ICANN meetings) have deliberate Capacity Building programs/outreach programs especially dedicated to the underserved ccTLDs with low participation rate?
Stephen Deerhake
01:18:23
This is where the Regional Organisations come into play...

Note that some activities of for example TLD-ops are specifically designed to assist ccTLDs, for example the playbook

Whenever I see calls for volunteers I notice that a lot of these work groups have very high requirements for one to join. In my case I find it quite intimidating as a newcomer since I doubt I can contribute significantly to any of these processes. Is there a capacity building structure available to develop these qualities or requirements to form part of WGs
Bart Boswinkel
01:22:16
Note that we have started with webinars to inform potential volunteers on scope, working method of specific WG
